Process

Bring the motorcycle to us at Stunata Customs.  The look and design of the exhaust pipe is decided by the customer.  The  exhaust pipe is fabricated or existing pipe is modified.  The flame system is installed and wired into the motorcycle electrical system also, the fuel system is modified.  The flame system is put through running tests.  Once the flame system is thoroughly tested.  The exhaust system is then chromed or Jet Hot coated.

How it works 

There is no doubt about it.  Our customers trust us because we are a honest shop.  We care about them, and their safety.  With that said, we admit that this system in operation looks cool, but it's dangerous.

If someone who has this system on their motorcycle is careless it could cause serious injury or death to themselves or spectators! 

To understand why it's so dangerous is easy.  Raw gasoline is shot under extreme pressure into the motorcycles exhaust system with a supplied spark.

In more detail, this is what happens.  First, a power on button or switch is turned on to turn the system on or "armed".  This switch starts the fuel pump that pressurizes the system.  Also, the coil or ignition unit is supplied with the 12 volt power source.  Usually we install a red L.E.D light to let the rider know that the system is armed. 

Second, when the "FIRE" button is pushed it simultaneously ignites the spark plugs and releases the raw fuel from the fuel pump into the exhaust pipe.  The raw fuel under 110 p.s.i pressure flows through nitro's oxide injector nozzles which atomizes the fuel.  The combination of the spark and atomized fuel equals FIRE.  The exhaust from the engine blows the flame a pretty good distance from the motorcycle, when it's done correctly.

We have not seen anyone ever get hurt with this system on their motorcycle, but certainly it could happen.  The requirement of a waiver of all liability against Stunata Customs is something we MUST have signed before any work is started.

Currently these start pistols are completely handmade.  Constructed from mostly flat steel pieces it takes about a week to get it perfect for the chroming process. Revolver or semi automatic we can make one for you.  Black, raw steel or chrome it's up to you.

Cost - EXAMPLE ONLY

• Chrome Revolver or semi auto top eng. mt. @ $600 - Price includes Switches, relays, and wiring diagrams.  Installation includes wiring into existing harness. Installation charge $200.

Complexity of the part reflects the cost.  We can also install this top eng. mount for you.  Complete installation of this part on the motorcycle is preferred to be done by Stunata Customs.

Keep in mind, if only the look of this top engine mount is something you want on your motorcycle we will make one without the switches.  As always, what ever the customer wants we try our best to keep them happy.
